Rubbish rules for the New Year period

Getting rid of your Christmas tree

Paid parking on the street at New Year’s
On 31 December 2024 (New Year’s Eve) and 1 January 2025 (New Year’s Day) the usual rules are in effect for paid parking. Wherever you normally have to pay for a parking spot, you will also have to pay at New Year’s.
Getting downtown
The Hague is expecting many visitors to come to the show at the Hofvijver. A number of streets will therefore be closed in the downtown area.
HTM will operate an alternative timetable during the holiday period.
