Register a street performance
Do you want to perform as a street artist? For example, as a musician, acrobat, artist or portrait artist? Visit the nearest police station.
You can perform as a street musician (busker) if you meet all of the following conditions:
- you perform with no more than 3 persons
- you do not use barrel organs, amplifiers or percussion instruments (such as drums and bongos)
- the performance does not last longer than 30 minutes
- the performance takes place between 8.00 and 21.00 hrs. and on Sundays between 13.00 and 21.00 hrs.
- no animals are used
Always give advance notice at the police station in the neighbourhood where you want to perform.

Do you want to perform as a street artist? Then call the police in advance on the national number tel. 0900 – 88 44. To be permitted to work as a street performer, your personal information must be registered with the police.
