Parking permit: look up or change PIN code or registration number

With your parking permit you get a PIN code and a registration number. You need both of these numbers to register and deregister your visitors. If you no longer know what your registration number and PIN code are, you can look them up:

• in MijnDenHaag
• by using the online form
• by sending an email

You can also change the PIN code. You do this in MijnDenHaag. You can then select a new PIN code yourself.

Look it up or change it online (with DigiD)

Do you have a parking permit for visitors or caregivers? You can see the registration number and the PIN code in MijnDenHaag. You log in with your DigiD.

Request it online (without DigiD)

Have you forgotten your PIN code and you do not have DigiD? Fill in the online form to request your PIN code. You will need your registration number to do this. The municipality will send you a letter with your PIN code within 2 working days.

Request by email

You can also request your registration number and PIN code in writing. To do this send an email to Begin link: parkeervergunningen@denhaag.nl, end link. .

Include in the email:

• what you want to request: the PIN code or the registration number
• your name
• your citizen service number (BSN)
• the address for which the permit was issued
• whether the parking permit is for visitors or caregivers

The municipality will send you the information within 2 working days. You will receive an email with your registration number. You will receive a letter with the PIN code.

Include in the email:

• what you want to request: the PIN code or the registration number
• the name of your company
• the name of the contact person
• the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce KVK number
• the address for which the permit was issued
• whether the parking permit is for a company or a maintenance company
• the bank account number of the company

The municipality will send you the information within 4 working days. You will receive an email with your registration number. You will receive a letter with the PIN code.
