Westbroekpark: new fitness equipment chosen

Westbroekpark will get new fitness equipment. Residents voted for their favourite mix of sports equipment.

They could choose from 3 designs. Design 2 was the favourite with 58% of the votes. A total of 139 residents voted, including 80 for Design 2.

The new equipment

Design 2 consists of the following equipment:

• vertical rack
• large push-up rack
• rack with a combination of bars
• box (84 centimetres high)
• pull-up bar
• small rack
• sign with instructions

Planning

The planning is to place the new sports equipment after the summer vacations. The old equipment has already been removed. It was given a facelift and moved to the Sleepnetstraat in Scheveningen.
