Make an appointment
Are you having trouble making an appointment? Call tel. 14070. The call agents will help you.
You almost always need an appointment if you want to visit a municipal counter.
You do not need an appointment when you pick up your Dutch passport, identity card or driving licence. You can collect these documents with your pick-up receipt and identity document at the city office where you applied. To collect your document, take a paper ticket from the machine at the city office. The paper ticket shows the number of the counter where the document is waiting for you.
Would you like to reschedule or cancel your appointment?
- Open the confirmation email you received when you made the appointment.
- Click on the button ‘Naar mijn afspraak’ (Go to my appointment) at the top of the email.
- Click next on ‘Wijzig afspraak’ (Change appointment).
If you did not get a confirmation email, call tel. 14070.
Do you need to arrange something on time? But you are unable to make an appointment on time through the website? Try again later. Sometimes spots become available earlier. If you cannot figure out how to make an appointment, call tel. 14070.
Do you need something faster? Request an expedited procedure during your appointment at the municipal counter. The municipality will process your application more quickly. This sometimes costs extra money.
- At City Hall Spui you can pay with a debit card and with cash. Cash payments will be accepted with banknotes up to € 100.
