Arrange your business affairs online with eHerkenning
Businesses can arrange their affairs with the municipality online using MijnDenHaag en denhaag.nl. For example, to apply for a permit or subsidy. You need to log in with eHerkenning.
Arrange business affairs
Would you like to arrange your company business online through MijnDenHaag or denhaag.nl? Then you need to log in with eHerkenning. eHerkenning is a sort of DigiD for businesses and it is safe. You can arrange your affairs 24 hours a day and you no longer need to visit the municipality.

eHerkenning assurance level 3 or higher
To log in you need eHerkenning with an assurance level 3 or higher. If you do not have this, ask your supplier to upgrade the assurance level.
Authorisation
You cannot yet log in on behalf of another person. The municipality is working on the possibility of logging in using DigiD Authorisation.
Which affairs you can arrange
You can arrange the following company business online on denhaag.nl and in MijnDenHaag:

- Look at your tax information.
- Look at and pay your tax assessments from the municipality.
- Pay your taxes in instalments with direct debit.
- Change the bank account number you use for payments.
- Cancel your direct debit.
- Contest your property value or municipal taxes.

- Look at the estimated value (property value) for your residential property or commercial property.
- Look at the appraisal report.
