At a municipal counter

• Do you need the extract right away? Visit City Hall Spui or the Leyweg City Office. Look at the Begin link: opening hours and locations, end link. . You do not need to make an appointment. Do not forget to bring a Begin link: valid form of identification, end link. . If your identity document does not have your citizen service number (BSN), take your Begin link: BSN, end link. with you (for example, write it on a piece of paper).

€ 17.35 when you pick up the extract at the municipal counter. You pay € 18.44 including postage costs directly with iDEAL when you apply online. These are the rates for 2024.

Are you applying for the extract online? The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the postal service to your home address.

Are you requesting the extract at City Hall Spui or the Leyweg City Office? You will get the document right away. You need to bring a Begin link: valid form of identification, end link. with you.
