How do you report damage?

  1. Check whether your own insurance covers the damage

    If it does not, contact the Bureau Risicomanagement at the municipality. For accidents contact the Bureau Risicomanagement right away.

  2. Fill in the damage form

    Fill in the damage form (in Dutch) and send it by email to rm@denhaag.nl.  

  3. The municipality will report the damage to the insurance company

  4. The insurance company will investigate the damage

    And it will check if it meets the conditions for reimbursement. The insurance company will contact you.

  5. The insurance company will inform the municipality how the claim has been settled
