Transfer the environment and planning permit

• Do you have an Begin link: environment and planning permit, end link. and are you, for example, selling the building before you have started the work? Then you can transfer the environment and planning permit to the new owner so that the new owner can renovate the property.
• Are you selling a building for which you have an environment and planning permit for fire safety (Brandveilig gebruik)? Then the new owner must have this permit in his possession. Therefore yo need to transfer it to the new owner.

If you want to transfer an environment and planning permit, inform the municipality using the form under ‘Notify the municipality’.

• The municipality will only deal with forms which are completely filled in.
• Does the person to whom you will transfer the environment and planning permit want to carry out the work differently to what is in the permit? Then he or she must apply for a newBegin link:  environment and planning permit, end link. .

You will hear if your notification request is complete within 10 working days after you submit the form. The permit will be transferred when everything is complete.
