Taking your rubbish to a waste depot
Bring your bulky waste, garden waste and construction and demolition waste to a waste depot in The Hague. Most types of waste are accepted free of charge. You can take reusable goods to a charity shop (kringloopwinkel).
You can take your rubbish to 1 of the 3 waste depots. Are you unable to bring your bulky waste or garden waste there yourself? Make an appointment to arrange the free Begin link: collection of bulky waste, end link. . For construction and demolition waste you can pay a fee to have it collected. You need to make a Begin link: separate appointment, end link. for this.
You can bring your bulky waste, garden waste and construction and demolition waste to one of the waste depots. They are open from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 17.00 hrs.

Company waste

Reusable goods
Reusable goods can be taken to a recycled goods shop (kringloopwinkel). For example, functioning televisions, clothing or furniture. Some charity shops have a collection service. Did you know that the waste depots are also accessible to (cargo) bicycles? Do not forget that there is a steep ramp and take your Afvalpas with you.

The 3 waste depots are open Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 17.00 hrs. On public holidays they are closed or have shorter hours of operation.
